Terms & Conditions For Members/Recipients
1. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for services provided by Changing Lanes Organization, women must meet the following criteria:

Facing homelessness or housing insecurity.

Willing to commit to the full participation in the program.

Must be legally capable of entering into agreements.

Must comply with all health and safety regulations of the organization.
Changing Lanes reserves the right to deny services to individuals who do not meet these criteria or who fail to comply with the program’s requirements.
2. Commitment to the Program
Participants must commit to the full duration of the program. The six-stage recovery program is designed to help you transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency, and it requires full cooperation and participation. Your engagement in every stage, from stability to leadership, is necessary for achieving the goals of the program.

Participants must actively engage in all activities, counseling sessions, and workshops as directed by Changing Lanes.

Regular attendance and timely participation in scheduled activities are mandatory.

Participants are expected to maintain a positive attitude and respect towards staff, mentors, and fellow participants.
Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in removal from the program.
3. Behavior and Conduct
Participants must adhere to a strict code of conduct while receiving services. Any of the following behaviors will result in immediate removal from the program:

Substance abuse or possession of illegal drugs.

Violent, threatening, or disruptive behavior towards staff, volunteers, or other participants.

Violation of the organization’s policies regarding the use of alcohol, drugs, and tobacco.

Theft or destruction of property.

4. Housing and Facilities Use

Any damage to property or failure to maintain a clean living space may result in removal from the program.
