Changing Lanes Transitional Housing (CLTH) serves single women experiencing homelessness due to domestic violence, eviction, or recent incarceration. We also support women with mild, stable mental health diagnoses who are on consistent medication, as well as those in recovery for at least one year, committed to continuing with a relapse prevention plan, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and regular meetings. To foster a stable, substance-free living and learning environment that promotes personal growth and success, participants must agree to random drug testing and nightly breathalyzer checks.
