REFUND POLICY
Our Refund Policy
At Changing Lanes, we are committed to providing life-changing resources and support to women on their journey to recovery. Your donations and sponsorships directly fund the critical services, housing, and programs that empower these women to rebuild their lives. Because of the nature of our services and the essential role your financial support plays in sustaining our operations, we have established the following refund policy to ensure the effective and continued care for all participants in our program.
Refund Policy
1. Donations
At Changing Lanes, we deeply appreciate your generosity and support. Please note that all donations are final and non-refundable. Once a donation has been made, it is considered a contribution to furthering our mission and cannot be refunded.
2. Monthly Sponsorships
Monthly sponsorships provide essential support to the women in our recovery program. While sponsorships are non-refundable, you may choose to stop your monthly sponsorship at any time. However, please note that it will take 3 months for this change to become effective. This 3-month buffer ensures that the woman receives continuous support during the transition period and allows time for a new sponsor to step in, if needed. At the end of the 3-month period, your sponsorship will cease, and you will receive confirmation of this change.
3. Sponsorship Transfers
If a sponsored woman graduates or leaves the program, your sponsorship will be automatically transferred to another woman in need. This ensures your support continues to have a positive impact on someone’s recovery journey. You will be notified of the transfer, and your sponsorship will remain active until you choose to stop it.

Donation Refund Request
While we typically do not offer refunds on donations, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where a refund is necessary. Please fill out the form below to submit a request for consideration. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we may require additional information before any decision is made.
Disclaimer
By submitting a refund request, you acknowledge that Changing Lanes Organization processes all donations in good faith to support our mission. Refunds are only considered under special circumstances, and the decision to issue a refund is at the sole discretion of Changing Lanes Organization.
